# What are Areas?
Areas are areas of responsibilities you are maintaining right now. Such as your health, relationships, your job or business (marketing, hiring, growth, strategy...).
File notes here that help you keep up your areas: insights, learnings, things you read somewhere, lists, plans, etc.

Here are some area examples:
- Relationships
- Health
- Strategy
- Business
- Marketing
- Nutrition
- Investments
- Home

You can create sub-folders for each area and start collecting notes as they come:
→ Have an idea on how to improve your gym routine?
→ Better meal planning?
→ Saw an interesting marketing campaign?
→ Meeting notes?
